TWO CAPTURED TO COMPOSING B.E.C.E TO HOPEFULS.

Two guys as at now in police custody in the Eastern Region attempting to write an ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E) for other candiddates.
These two men, Owusu James, 20, and Attah Kay, 19, were caught whiles exams was still ongoing at the Tease Presbyterian examination centre during the General Science paper for Bright Nkrumah and George Opoku who are both students of St. James Academy located at Mame Krobo in the Donkokrom Tease District of the Eastern Region.
The suspects were caught by the Donkokrom Ghana Educational Services(GES) WAEC officer and the assistant exams supervisor who later repoprted and handed them over to the police.
“Around 11:10 am yesterday, Mr. Ntumy Ernest who is the Ghana Education Service officer in charge of WAEC at Donkokrom together with one Mr. Addo who is the assistant exams supervisor arrested and brought to the police station two young men who were suspected to be writing the exams for some Junior high students”
“According to them the two suspects Owusu James aged 20 years and Attah Kay 19 years old were spotted by the examiners at the Presbyterian examination centre at Tease Mame Krobo writing the General Science paper for the said students.

DSP Ebenezer Tetteh added: “Upon confrontation and investigations, these two suspects self-confessed to not being students of the school and were later handed over to the police. The two will be charged or brought before the court and it is likely they will be charged for impersonation.”
