Following this statement, the general public has been warned on the spread on these false reports about missing male genitals. The council said that anyone caught will be severely sanctioned.
As a matter of fact, The Security Council of the municipal said that some residents were spreading rumours. These rumors were that some ritualists had come to the Kasoa Municipality and its environs. These ritualists would just touch men and their penis disappears.
However, upon investigations it is revealed that no such rumours have been confirmed by any medical team. The issue has begun causing fear, panic, and chaos in the municipality. Above all these claims, The Security Council, said very serious are being taken to calm the situation. Above all, the general public is asked to go about their normal duties without fear.
