He is known for destroying idols and homes of many that have them in their possession.In an interview on the Pink FM’s morning show he expressed his interest with regards to vying for political power.
He went ahead to say pastors can also venture into politics. And that the whites have given a different definition for politics which makes people think pastors cannot become politicians.
A leader should be one that knows and feel the plight of masses. Also people like police, teachers and pastors come into contact with the masses and know how well to relate with them. These people feel the pain and difficulties the masses go through and are well qualified to govern a country.
He expressed his view concerning the governance of the current government.“ Government cannot finish all the various projects stated during their campaign”.
He talked about the kind of vehicles Members of Parliament use. A single car used by an MP can be used in buying 15 tractors,he added.The president could have built 1 big factory in every region and employ the youth. This will help reduce unemployment in the country.
He advised the government to open a center for suggestions where people can send grievances and suggestions on issues. He stated he doesn’t have a problem with the president but the people appointed by him are not competent.
However, the launching of his Movement, Ghana Union Movement will take place in Tarkwa.The opening of the movement’s offices across the country will take place from next month. He said due to the ongoing voter’s registration card, the movement has not being registered by the Electoral Commission.
He therefore asked Ghanaians to come join his political movement so as to work together for the development of the nation as a whole.
