Municipal Chief Executive of Weija Gbawe municipality,Hon Patrick Kumor has indicated that all the developmental projects done in the area are visible for anyone to see.
He expressed that, he has been in office for just two years, but has initiated a lot of projects in the municipality, more than any other M,C.E who has been in the area. The M.C.E touched on various roads that have been constructed under his administration, in the last two years. Again he mentions that, six new CHPS compound have been built at different communities in the municipality to aid healthcare.
The M.C.E also talked about, drainage that have been constructed to stop flooding in the area, in addition he spoke about measures taken in solving other related problems, to make life comfortable for the constituents. Speaking about security, he said about two thousand, 2000 streetlights have been fixed in the municipality to prevent criminal activities.
Speaking on Pink 96.9 fm, morning show hosted by KD, Hon. Kumor said “I am very grateful to the President and people of Weija-Gbawe, within the last two years I came into office, the assembly has initiated a lot of project to make life easy for people living in the area, recently you all heard the President, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo commending our efforts, my achievements are evidence based. I invite all to come and see”
Hon. kumor also used the opportunity, to speak about Weija-Gbawe constituency campaign launch, which will be done 3pm today, 31st August 2020 at NPP constituency office. In attendance will be Member of Parliament for the area, Hon. Tina Mensah, who is also Deputy Minister of Health.
