Seancitygh.com is reliably informed that the Ministry of Creative Arts has today donated an amount of Gh5000 to actor Mr Joseph Osei known in the industry as Wayoosi at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.
The donation was done on behalf of the Ministry by one Mr Rockson, a film director and the FIPAG executives in the Ashanti Region.
Wayoosi is currently receiving medication at the Komfo Anokye health facility where he has been for about a week now.
Rumours were circulating three days (2nd August) ago that the actor cum musician has given up the ghost, but the news was thereafter rubbished by some industry players who are close to him.
A statement was released yesterday by the Ghana Actors Guild, Ashanti Region branch that Wayoosi is not in good condition and needs both spiritual and financial support from the people of Ghana and fans of the actor.
