In order to ensure a peaceful elections, the parliamentary candidate of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) at Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency has admonished that the party’s supporters leave for their houses after casting their votes.
This he said at a mammoth rally organized to mark the end of his campaign.
Addressing the cheering and unrelenting crowd which was made up of both party supporters and other people who had come just to catch a glimpse of the colorful event, the candidate stated that it is very important to ensure peace and that the NDC a party known for its unflinching quest for peace should set an example.
“It is well known that we, the NDC are people of peace, a class and quality that our opponents lack so if they will resort to acting as police officers leave them alone, we know that our victory is assured, so after casting your vote just leave them alone and go home then you come back at 5PM so that we all do the counting” He stated.
