Match-winner Kwame Kizito has credited Hearts of Oak coach Sergio Traguil for his pep talk in the 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea in Accra on Wednesday.
The former Glow Lamp Academy player lobbed a lose ball from inside the box into a gaping net, seven minutes after climbing off the bench.
Kizito had replaced Samudeen Ibrahim on 71 minutes at the Accra Sports Stadium.
“I am very happy to score, I think I have to give thanks to my coach, he gave me confidence and told me I will score when I was coming in,” he said in a post-match conference.
