The central township of Kasoa came to a standstill when a political group called #ICHOOSEJM invaded the municipality.
Members of the group found it very difficult to cope with the crowd that were craving for stickers and T-shirts of the #ICHOOSEJM with President Mahama’s photograph.
For about close to two hours people within various demographic groups trooped in for the NDC-Mahama branded souvenirs.
Speaking to journalists after the exercise, the national coordinator for the #ICHOOSEJM campaign train, Francisca Adjei said the response was marvelous which is a clear indication that President Mahama is a marketable brand.
“#ICHOOSEJM because president Mahama has performed, look at the Kasoa interchange, go around the country and you’ll see for yourself the unnumbered projects undertaken by this government.We didn’t announce our coming but we’ve had an awesome response which shows that President Mahama has already won the elections” She told the media.
#ICHOOSEJM is a youthful group within the NDC, devoted to the service of preaching the Mahama led NDC gospel.
