Eric Opoku, the Brong Ahafo regional minister and member of parliament- elect for the Asunafo South Constituency, Ahmed Ibrahim, deputy majority whip and MP-elect for the Banda constituency and Masawud Mohammed, MP-elect for the Pru-West constituency would soon have to defend their fate as a court action has been taken against them.
The tripartite have come under criticisms by the NPP over alleged elections malpractices which turned the results to their favor.
