Dauda Mohammed scores fastest goal of the season in GPL

Yesterday witnessed the first midweek game week of the 2015/16. As expected all the games proved exciting with 20 goals across the 7 centers.

Asante Kotoko recorded their first away win in the ongoing league at the Dawu park against surprised package of this league season. The win doubles as the first back to back victory for the Reds in the league.

The home side Dreams FC who were unbeaten at home heading into the game did well to hype the game with talks from players and management challenging the might of Asante Kotoko.

The talks did draw out crowd to the ‘Theatre Of Dreams’ so did it ginger the Porcupine Warriors who were extra motivated having made the journey from Kumasi to Dawu in a new bus gifted to them by the Asantehene as a fulfilment of promise for their victory over Liberty Professionals

In the game itself Dauda Mohammed’s goal under a minute of play assisted by captain Amos Frimpong was enough for Kotoko to end Dreams FC unbeaten run at home.

Life after Duncan has been so good with Michael recording three wins out three games in all competition.

The premier League record winners now find themselves 7th on the log with 6 points separating them and table toppers Wa All stars.
