A man (name and age withheld) has burnt the back of his 12 and 13 year-old children for stealing his Ghc5.
This sad incident occurred at Ashaiman Jericho in Accra in the Greater Accra Region.
According to some residents, the man has been abusing this children by giving them unbearable punishment beyond their strength.
“He sometimes tells his children to hold 6 inches block for some hours as a form of punishment”, they recounted. This maltreatment, some residents at Ashaiman Jericho, describe as “military training”.
Just recently, the same man lighted polythene bag with matches and made his 12 and 13 year-old children to lie face down as the melting polythene bag dripped on their back till their back started peeling off.
