Madam Sheila Bartels, Chief Executive Officer of Incharge Global Ghana on Pink FM’s morning show talked about the country’s educational system and challenges of entrepreneurs.
Speaking to Ghanaman on our morning show, Madam Sheila talked about Ghana’s educational system being more theoretical. She said Ghanaians are much oriented towards the routine chew, pour and forget way of learning that has characterized our educational system.
She encouraged Ghanaians to be more practical in teaching and learning. To her, when Ghanaians practice what they are taught, they tend to understand more. And in the long run, their ingenuity and creativity is shown in the creation of businesses to solve societal problems.
Hence, there is the need of Ghanaian to cultivate the habit of practice. According to Madam Sheila, she believes in the old adage that Practice makes perfect
