Olympic champion Simone Biles continues to update fans on the construction of her $3 million Texas dream home, sharing the latest developments on Saturday, October 26. Biles, 27, and her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, have been documenting their renovation journey since September 2023, giving followers a behind-the-scenes look at their year-long project.
“Updating y’all on my bye week from tour,” Biles wrote on her Instagram Stories, referring to a brief break from her GOAT Tour. “Obviously had to check in on the progress at the new house.”
She shared pictures highlighting key features of the house, including the expansive in-ground pool overlooking a lake, which already has its foundation laid. The couple is also building a three-car garage to complement their stunning property.
Inside, Biles showcased the kitchen, adorned with a sleek black-and-white marble countertop, matching backsplash, and pristine white cabinets. The laundry room features four machines, continuing the black-and-white theme with intricate tile work.
Throughout the renovation process, Biles and Owens have been candid about their progress and setbacks. Early updates included exposed beams and concrete foundations, while in February, Biles revealed a walk-in closet with built-in drawers for effortless organization.
The design of their dream home reflects the couple’s modern taste, with hardwood floors, geometric tiles, and large glass sliding doors offering scenic water views. By May, structural elements were taking shape, and by August—following Biles’ participation in the Paris Olympics—she happily announced that the tiles for the home were installed, unveiling the facade of the property.
With each update, Biles continues to build excitement among her fans, offering a peek into the personal project that reflects both her and Owens’ vision for their future together.
