Cristiano Ronaldo headlines Portugal’s 23-man Euro 2016 squad while Benfica midfielder Renato Sanches is also included.
The 31-year-old, who could still win the Champions League this season if Real Madrid beat Atletico Madrid on May 28, is preparing for his seventh major tournament with Portugal.
Sanches, meanwhile, only made his only made his first-team debut for Benfica in October but his impressive performances for the Portuguese champions have led to a €35 million move to Bayern Munich this summer.
Notable absentees for Portugal include Monaco midfielder Bernardo Silva, who misses out with a thigh injury, while Zenit midfielder Danny fails to make the cut after tearing ligaments in his knee in April.
Real Madrid defender Fábio Coentrão, who has spent the season on loan at Monaco, is also ruled out through injury.
Atletico Madid midfielder Tiago only returned from a broken leg on the final day of the La Liga season and is not named in Fernando Santos’ squad.
