Renowned artist manager and entertainment commentator Bullgod has shared his thoughts on the current concerns regarding the condition of Ghanaian music icon Okomfour Kwadee.
He believes that the hiplife icon is fully conscious of his actions and does not require any “healing” or transformation.
In a recent interview, Bullgod stated that even if divine intervention were to take place, Kwadee would only change if he truly wanted to.
Even if God were to descend to earth to heal Kwadee, he wouldn’t be able to if Kwadee doesn’t desire it. Ultimately, Kwadee himself is not willing to be cured.
Bullgod remarked, ‘He has chosen his current path, sitting on the streets, freestyling, and neglecting his appearance. It’s his decision to be in this situation.
He went on to explain that Kwadee has family and loved ones who care about him, but the musician might not desire the life they hope for him.
Bullgod also emphasized Kwadee’s distinct personality, referring to him as a “genius” who has consistently stood out from the crowd.
He recalled, ‘Even back then, when you interacted with him, you could tell he was unique. He had a way of saying things that would change your perspective.’
In response to public worries, Bullgod contended that Kwadee is not in need of assistance and is rather choosing to live life according to his own preferences.
We’re the ones who believe he requires assistance. Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with him. I view him as just a kid trying to enjoy himself and experience freedom.
He is in his own mindset. We can’t just sit here and judge him. He understands his actions,” he continued.
Kwadee, recognized for his innovative impact on Ghanaian music, has raised some concerns in recent years.
Videos shared on social media depict Kwadee in a troubling condition, performing shirtless on the streets and appearing weak and disheveled.
His ribcage is visibly protruding, and he appears to be in poor health, sparking widespread concern among fans and industry
stakeholders.
