Hearts to play 2 matches behind closed Doors; GH¢12,000 fine upheld

The Appeals Committee of the Ghana Football Association has sanctioned Hearts of Oak to play their next two home matches behind closed doors.

This has reduced the earlier order by the Disciplinary committee from three matches.

The Appeals Committee, however, upheld the ruling of the Disciplinary Committee to fine Hearts of Oak a total of GH¢ 12,000  for the three counts they were charged.

Hearts will begin to the serve the punishment on Wednesday when they host Sekondi Hasaacas.

They will also host regional rivals Liberty Professionals the following Wednesday.
