GOIL HANDS OVER BUS TERMINAL TO INTERCITY STC IN CAPE COAST

Goil Company Limited hands over newly constructed modern bus terminal to intercity STC in cape coast.

The 1.7 million Ghana cedis modern bus terminal is located at the suburb of Pedu.

The project is expected to provide convenient services

to the public as part of the effort to improve operations in the western corridor.

The Intercity STC coaches limited(ISTC) also manages the new bus terminal.

The facility has a 2,000 meter square driveway.

In addition, it has a modern washroom facility fitted with a 3,000 liter capacity water storage tank.

There is a 100 seating waiting area too.

The Managing director of ISTC, Nana Akomea, has further showed gratitude to Goil for the collaboration.

The new bus terminal will also help increase the revenue of the Intercity STC, he said.

Mr Nana Akomea says the terminal will give travelers the signal to use a safer means of transport.

He finally says the outbreak of COVID-19 forced them to close down its operation to some neighboring countries.

Mr Kwame Osei Prempeh, the chief executive officer and managing director of Goil,

again says the project forms part of the collaboration to give people the best of service.
