The baby news was reported by Instagram blog Theshaderoom, which posted an image of Simmons embracing his pregnant girlfriend.
Simmons divorced his wife, Tashera Simmons, in 2014. They married in 1999 and separated in 2010. He has children with multiple women, some of whom he hasn’t met.
Simmons’ last child — his 12th — was born in 2013. Simmons filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2013 citing his increasing child support obligations. His claim was later dismissed since child support can not be discharged in bankruptcy.
