Chairman Sadat stated that, after the arrest, he and his team moved to the police station. To seek bail for the arrested members, but the Divisional Police Commander, Superintendent Samuel Odame, told him personally that, the four (4) boys have been sent to the C.B.D police station located under the overhead bridge at Kasoa.

However, upon reaching the C.B.D police station, they were informed by the officers on duty that, the boys have been transferred to the Regional Police Headquarters in Cape Coast for questioning. He does not understand why the case can’t be handled in Kasoa, but had to be sent to cape Coast, when similar cases have been solved at Kasoa police station.

Speaking on Okay fm, with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, Chairman Ibrahim Abu Sadat said “the Divisional Police commander is not fair, how can you arrest NPP members and leave NDC members to be walking freely”

There was a shooting incident at ‘Steps to Christ’ polling station in Kasoa, involving NPP and NDC members, the sitting member of parliament, Hon.
