Troubled Asante Kotoko coach David Duncan reported for training on Tuesday but no player showed up at the Adako Jachie ground.
Duncan was told by management to step aside after last Sunday’s 1-0 defeat at Aduana Stars sent them to the bottom of the table.
But his legal representative claimed Duncan was still in-charge and will carry on with his duties.
Reports in Kumasi said, the club’s Chief Executive Opoku Nti telephoned the players to report to the Baba Yara Stadium for training but pinksports cannot independently verify.
