water flooding has been one of the challenging problems they are facing.
Flooding in this community has caused the life of so many people around that locality and others have lost properties.
Many years ago the community gutters were not in good shape by which flooding was in the excess.
The improper way of disposing of the refuses is one of the causes of flooding in the community.
This is because when it is raining people come out with their refuses and begin to put them in the gutters thinking the water will carry them away.
even with that when the rain carries it along they still add different ones some other day when it rains.
which is causing serious harm to the community.
Also, the improper ways of disposing of feces. Some people in the community take it as a habit of dumping feces in the gutters rather than going to pour it into the toilet.
This also means they would have to pay for that, so for them not to pay they rather prefer throwing them in the gutter.
It is the duty of every citizen to keep his or her surroundings clean to avoid contracting any diseases.
Again, people in this community do not care about anything around them, which is very bad.
Even if someone volunteers to remove all this dirt from them they will have a way to pour them back.
In conclusion, if the member of parliament(MP), will be very straight on them and put some restrictions concerning the gutters.
whoever goes against the restriction must be made to pay a penalty or work in the gutters.
This restriction will make each member of the community be very vigilant.
I think it will also bring some improvement to the community.
