Makeup Ghana Connects is an initiative to create momentum and an ecosystem for the emerging and fast growing beauty industry.
It was a two day event which the opening had the Hon Deputy Minister of Tourism Dzifa Gomashie treated to a free make over which she loved it so much and encouraged the make up brands to established their factories here in Ghana to create more employment and also generate more income for themselves.
Speaking after the exhibition the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Arts Dzifa Gomashie praised the exhibitors for quality works and remarkable products and services displayed.
She said her ministry and government will be happy to support entrepreneurs like Makeup Ghana Connects.
The event was hosted by founder and CEO of GUBA Dentaa Amoateng and sponsors from Black Secret and Glam’s Makeup gave remarks on the event. The Founder and CEO of MAKEUP GHANA CONNECTS, Rebecca Donkor also gave her final remarks and thanked her sponsors for supporting such a worthy course.
Setting new standard in participation and representation of the key industry players, Ghana Makeup Connects presented an enviable opportunity to exhibitors especially with regards to the promotion of their products and services to a large number of visitors, as well as liaising with key distributors and makeup artists.
The two day event saw the like of Top celebrities patronizing the make up products and also getting free make up and other souvenirs from the exhibitors. Thee likes of Kwaisey Pee- Mr seductive,actress Zynnel Zuh, Sala, Ahoufe Patri and sensational Becca took active part in most activities at the fair.
