One of the suspects connected to the lynching of Capt. Maxwell Adam Mahama has been arrested at Dominase, a town near Kasoa in the Central Region.
Charles Kwenin, according to the Kasoa Divisional Police Commander ACP. Dennis Abadey had sought refuge at the residence of his girlfriend and was arrested whiles in bed by the Dominase police through a tip-off given by someone.
The suspect was then taken to the Ojobi police station and later transferred to the divisional headquarters at Kasoa.
DSP. Dennis Abadey however disclosed to Pinknews that upon interrogation, the suspect initially denied of been involved in the act but only fled due to the military presence in Denkyira-Obuasi but later on confirmed that he was involved upon further interrogation.
“According to the regional headquarters his name has been mentioned among the perpetrators and so we are preparing to take him to Cape Coast for further investigations” he hinted.
