A very horrifying incident happened at fiifi junction in the Nyanyano upper electoral area where a body was found burnt beyond condition.
Residents of the area recounted how they noticed something being burnt around 10pm yesterday, only to wake up this morning to realize it was a human body that was being burnt.
BKB a reporter from Pink FM visited the scene where the incident took place. He spoke to some residents who confirmed the notion that, the deceased was killed before the body was brought to the place to be burnt.
One resident added his voice and indicated that there is no street light in the area which is causing a lot of, robbery attacks in the area and so they are appealing to the MP to provide with streets light and boast up security.
The assembly man for Nyanyano upper electoral area honorable Joshua Mereye says he has made many attempts requesting for street lights but to no avail.
According to him crime rate is high in the area because of how rapidly people are moving to the area. He the appealed to the government to increase security in the area.
Information reaching us is that, a woman has identified the burnt body as her husbands body.
Speaking to BKB a reporter from Pink FM, she stated that on the night of the incident, a couple of men dressed like the community police came over to their house and requested that her husband follows them to the station.
They politely asked based on which charges is he being arrested which they couldn’t provide any.
According to her, her husband was naked and when she returned from the room with his cloths and phone, he had been forced into the car. One of them took the cloths and drove out the house.
She stated that, the police haven’t addressed her on any issue as it stands now.
