Akua Nyira Acquah is a name given to her by her parents but most people call her Angel Whyte and so she likes to be called Angel because that’s the name most people know her with.
She was born on the 6th of April 1986. She started her education in the Central Region in a town called Ajumako .
After her JHS education she came to Accra to work to get some small income in order to further her education because she had interest in being a secretary.
She went to a computer school first to get a knowledge in the secretaryship and went to work at a secretariat firm in Accra for five months and was later encourage by her madam to further her education in order to get a bigger company to work with .
Later she went to Ashely’s secretariat school at Kaneshie for two years and obtained her certificate in Stenography.
She started her National Service in the year 2007 in Accra Sport Council during the former president Agyekum Kuffuor’s term of office.
and later got employed as secretary at Pink FM in the year 2014. Miss Angel decided to advance herself in her education, so she went to study Diploma in Accounting , Economics, Business Management and Business Law and Ethics.
According to her, she is not married but she is seeing someone and has a son of 12years.In life all the discouragement from people did not bring her spirit down but rather kept her moving on in life.
Receiving is not something she likes but rather likes to give instead because as a Christian it says “there is blessing in giving than receiving” and its one thing that encourages her in life.
She is well disciplined and humble no matter her position , she accords everyone with the maximum respect no matter your age or position.
Her role model, when it comes to journalism, is Gifty Auntie a Television presenter and a host for STAND
POINT and in term of Ghanaian celebrities Nana Ama Mcbrown is her role model because of her taste for fashion.
Her greatest achievement is she being able to put up a two bedroom apartment on her own where she is currently staying with her son.
Ms Angel’s aspiration in life is to be able to achieve her aim of furthering her education to the degree level and get a degree certificate which she can also boast of.
Her advice to the youth is that they should focus also on secretariat ship, because there is a lot of opportunities they can encounter in life .
