Carved out of the Sefwi Juaboso Diatrict, Sefwi Bodi District mainly a farming area took part in the celebration of this year’s National Farmers Day.
Been the 32nd nationwide, that was their 4th.
Though a new district, the indigenes have consistently been embracing such days with enthusiasm and hence the ceremony was organized and done with class.
The day saw in attendance chiefs and elders from the various communities in the District, members of the clergy and other religious leaders, politicians and other officials as were as a very large crowd of farmers.
