Wendy Shay, Ebony’s replacement has been mocked by some social media users for wearing the same wig for more than three months.
The ”Uber Driver” singer was seen wearing the same wig in the video for “Uber driver” and has since been seen in the same hair on several occasions.
Some concerned fans argued that the hair style may be one she loves and would like to be identified with, others also claim to be tired of the look and want a change.
According to observers, she appeared in public for the first time during the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) rocking a long wavy styled wig.
The upcoming artiste, replied her fans on social media saying she changes her hair every week.
“Dear you, you apparently can’t differentiate wigs from crochet braids…I change my hair every week but I do the same hair style because that is my signature look and simply cos I love curly hair. The last time I checked I was still a professional nurse and I know hygiene thank you for ur concern”, she replied.
Wendy shay, had also been accused of dating her manager Bullet, after videos and pictures of them circulating on social media with the two of them all over each other.
Their actions in the video raised eyebrows leading some fans to believe they were dating. According to Wendy Shay, she sees Bullet as a father hence, she can’t have sexual relations with him.
With the subject cut and dried, the ”Uber Driver” singer has been taken on for allegedly wearing the same wig for three months.
Following the announcement as the ‘’replacement” of Ebony Which Bullet made clear in an Instagram post Wendy Shay is beautiful, talented, versatile, different and not here to replace Ebony, “she is not here to replace my queen Ebony reigns, Ebony reigns is irreplaceable”, Bullet stated.
