TRY TO GROW WHAT YOU EAT.

Most at times it is best safe to grow what we eat. This is because we do not know if what we take into our body is safe for consumption. Growing what we eat will keep us assured about its source.

Cholera outbreaks are now cyclical in Ghana. It occurs every year and is mostly based on our eating and drinking. But it’s so sad to know that Ghana still records cases of cholera every year.

The Greater Accra Regional Director of Hospitals, Dr. Charity Sarpong shared her views. She said the cautioning and education on health issues is also needed greatly because people always have to be reminded. And added saying with educating brings empowerment.She said this at an interview on 3fm morning show.

In Ghana, there’s increasing development so there is the need to educate the public on health improvement. We must always try eating food when it’s hot. So it is best to for each and every individual to have a little farm in the house. Eating from one’s own farmland will secure good health and prevent health risks.

Even the sachet water we buy to drink must be boiled before drinking. This is to make it portable and much healthier.
