Every year the Super Bowl reaches the highest audience ratings in American TV history, which makes it becomes the most popular and greatest single sports event of all times.
Super Bowl LII ended with Philadelphia Eagles earning their first Vince – Lombardy Trophy ever after a match, which is easily described as an offensive spectacle. The teams rewrote the offensive record book within three quarters; the total yardage of 1151 yards is set to be able to be broken in the next years.
Ironically the “considering star” of the match New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady lost the ball against Philadelphia´s defense player Brandon Graham, which prepared the ground for the winning Field Goal. Everything was safe then, and the final score of 41:33 made the green – clad Eagles fans throw a tantrum.
Thousands of them traveled to the U.S Bank Stadium and celebrated with their team while dancing along “Gonna fly now” theme song of “Rocky” – the city´s best – known fictional underdog, just like the eagles went to this match as named underdogs.
For some of the viewers, the famous Half Time Show is likely to be the highlight. Justin Timberlake who got his second chance for making the show memorable delivered!

Nick Foles – from alternate to MVP
The Quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles started as an alternate into this season, replaced the injured former leader Carson Wentz and ended up being honoured with NFL MVP (National Football League Most Valuable Player Award). He accepted the trophy smiling while carrying his little daughter.
Fully relieved after the match, Foles tried to describe, what a Super Bowl victory means to him: “We have played this game since we were little kids, we dreamed about this moment.
There are plenty of kids watching this game right now dreaming about this moment and someday will be here.” An encouragement for all the children out there to follow their dreams.
