Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen,
Once again the lord has been grateful to me and has blessed me with yet another soul inspiring concert to bless the people of Ghana.with the large patronage of my songs and albums,my indefatigable team headed by Mr. Ernest Kwesi Ennin Media Excel Productions Ghana, together have decided to stage a concert with my friends in the music fraternity to the glory of God dubbed’ SP Kofi Sarpong Live In CONCERT……The Night of Favour…….
The much awaited gospel concert,which is expected to attract over 3000 gospel music lovers,is being organized to promote my brand to the next level of my career as a gospel artiste, raise funding to support registration of over 5000 children in some deprived areas for the national health insurance scheme(NHIS) from Jamestoun,chorkor,mamprobi and offcourse my hometown the Brong Ahafo region.it also aimed at promoting Ghanaian gospel artistes and Ghanaian gospel music to the outside world
Ghanaian gospel artistes have lived up to expectation in their field of work and it is i mportant to give them the opportunityto showcase their God-given talents as well as promote rich Ghanaian gospel music to the outside world.
The ‘SP Kofi Sarpong Live In CONCERT……is a concert of inspirational music, powerful performance and genuine celebration of Faith and Gods goodness.More than ever,we want to proclaim the truth of God’s love,grace and mercy.And to celebrate the precious gift of faith that has given us such unwavering hope even in these days of great achievement hence the tittle of the night of favour.
Living a life praise is not only the most enjoyable way to live, but its also one of the most powerful ways to change life.
Kindly allow me to tell you a little brief about myself for to see how God has been good.
I was born and named Kofi Sarpong, born into a family of Presbyterians, and i started singing in the choir at the age of 12 in Berekum and later joined the police 15 years ago. Since i made that solemn decision five years ago into commercial music production despite the daunting challenges that may come with it, yet my dedication, consistency and tenacity in the work has been by the grace of God.
In 2010, i announced my presence on the music scene with my debut album sacrifice.
Since then, God has been good to me and to my numerous fans i have really come to stay and now three solid albums to my credit and all albums nominated in various awards schemes.
My music has been a source of inspiration, encouragement and consolation to many a Ghanaian at home and abroad and music lovers worldwide which has also won me several awards from the gospel song of the year to the top most gospel artiste of the year.
It has always been my dream to promote the teachings of Christ through music, and for the past years, it has been my singular duty to compose music that has entertained and encouraged everybody including the downhearted.
Many have seen me on several platforms with amazing performances and as we grow in the ministry its the important to show the world an our fans through the guidance of the Holy spirit how far advanced we have come with showmanship.
Come 28th May, with the able assistance from great gospel giants like Nacee, Ohemaa Mercy, KODA, Joyce Blessing and several high profile artistes, we promise you nothing than great performances and great ecstasy. I am urging all of you to come to the National Theatre to see true Ghanaian performance from the king of AFRICAN BORBORBOR as we give our best to music patrons in an electrifying manner, Its a night of favour……
