KASOA: CAR RUNS OVER JOURNALIST AND POLICE MAN

A senior journalist working with The Daily Telegraph, Bismark Bebley has lost his life in an accident at Kasoa in the Central Region.

Pink Fm’s reporter, Evans Darko, confirming the unfortunate incident that claimed the life of the long-serving journalist chronicled that the accident happened around 1:15 PM on Friday afternoon after  a trotro car with the registration number GE 8252–12 which was moving from Kasoa towards  Awutu Bereku  failed brake and ran over the journalist and a policeman right at the front of the Kasoa main police station.

He was rushed to Justab hospital in Kasoa for treatment but was pronounced dead.

“But the most painful aspect of the incident is that the police quickly after the accident had happened conveyed the police officer who  was on duty to the hospital leaving journalist until I and some responsible citizens arrived at the scene to transport our good friend too to the nearby hospital where he passed on” he chronicled.
