J.B DANQUAH ADU’S KILLER OPENS A NEW PAGE – LAWYER VICTOR ADAWUDU’S TAKE

Lawyer Victor Kojoga Adawudu, a National Democratic Congress (NDC) legal  team practitioner has shared his view on the recent claims made by the killer of J.B Danquah Adu about how he was hired to kill the late MP.

He disclosed this in an interview on Pink FM’s morning show ‘Omanbapa Kasa’ hosted by Kofi Asamoah Aning.

Daniel Asiedu, nicknamed sexy don don,  a prime suspect in the case of the assassinated Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, J.B Danquah Adu, has made a confession on how he was contracted to kill the MP.

In his confession, he revealed that it was some top National Patriotic Party (NPP) members who assigned him to do that.

According to Lawyer Adawudu, if the suspect is really telling the truth, he will reveal the names of his assigners in the subsequent trials.

Mr Adawudu further explained that, “the suspect will then disclose the amount he was paid, and the reason why he did that, but if he is unable to reveal the names, it means he fabricated the story”.

“People will have to be patient with Daniel Asiedu to enable him to tell the truth.”

Mr Adawudu finalised by saying, “whenever someone is taken to the law court, the suspect’s statement written at the police station, should correspond with what he/she says in court”.

‘’In case the suspect’s statement and  court hearings have any difference, the court will rely on the suspect’s first statement in ruling the case’’.
