GAS EXPLOSION AT FETTEH KARABA: 38-YEAR OLD MAN DIED, TWO IN CRITICAL CONDITION

A 38-year old man, Kweku Dontoh has met his untimely death after a household gas explode levelled his kitchen, leaving two children in critical condition at Fetteh Kakraba in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region of Ghana.

This sad incident happened on Sunday afternoon when the man was cooking for his children.

According to an eyewitness, Kweku Dontoh’s roasted body was pulled out by the explosion from the kitchen to the main compound of the house.

In an interview with Pinknews, Mireku Nyanpong said all the three victims were rushed to the Korle-bu teaching hospital, but the man has been pronounced dead.

The Odikro of Gomoa Fetteh Kakraba, Nana Essel Amoaquandoh happen to visit the house and console the family.

He then caution Ghanaians to report any leakage of cylinders to the appropriate authorities to avoid disasters.
