Information reaching the doorsteps of Pink News indicates that Vice President, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will return to Ghana from his medical leave in the United Kingdom today Thursday, February 1, 2018.
A statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Flagstaff House, Eugene Arhin, said the Vice-President would be met on arrival by the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the First Lady, Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo.
Dr. Bawumia was reported sick on Friday, January 19. and after medical observation and upon the advice of his doctors the Vice-President left Ghana for the United Kingdom on a medical leave.
Dr. Bawumia has been in the UK for the past 12 days on his medical leave.
He was accompanied by his wife, Samira Bawumia.
