BLACK STARS SET ON RESUMING TRAINING ROUTINE.

The black stars will resume training routine today, June 11th in the evening. Just after a day’s rest from their friendly match against Namibia on Sunday. Ghana lost 1-0 to the Brave Warriors of Namibia in their first Pre-AFCON friendly. That was played at the Jebel Ali Centre of Excellence in Dubai.

Coach Kwesi Appiah will lead the team through various physical fitness exercises. And also some formation alongside game plan tactics. This training is only with the officially named final 23-man squad. They will represent the Black Stars during the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.

The Black Stars will continue with their training routine till Saturday.That is when they come up against South Africa in their second friendly match. This is before they travel to Egypt on June 20 for the tournament.

Ghana is said to begin its African Cup campaign on June 25 against Benin. This is before playing Cameroon and Guinea in subsequent group matches. Ghana will be playing in Group F in the tournament that will kick-off on June 21, 2019.

The Black Stars resumes training today.
